Tumiso Mathenge, the daughter of legendary artists Nameless alias David Mathenge and Wahu Kagwi, recently turned fifteen years old. Tumiso celebrated her day in the company of her friends and close family at a picnic-themed birthday party in the backyard of their home. Later on, the birthday girl and her friends had a sleepover after a day of fun activities and merry-making.  Nameless and Wahu also celebrated her through heartfelt messages that they shared on their respective social media pages. In his message, Nameless praised his daughter for being an exemplary teenager and teaching him a lot through their discussions. He also disclosed that her birth completely changed him and helped him discover his purpose in life. Tanzanian actress Frida Kajala, the ex-girlfriend of singer Harmonize, recently shared a message for her female followers online.   Kajala advised them to stop giving men money to keep them in a relationship, saying it should be the other way round. She added that a man has to provide and protect a woman as instructed in the religious books. Socialite Vera Sidika recently took to her social media to question why people are outraged by her preference for Caesarean birth. In a series of posts on her Insta-stories, Vera said that she has the right to choose whatever delivery method because she is the one who will undergo the procedure, not her critics.   Vera also said that she is not worried about the healing process because she is not in a rush to recover.   ‘People are so angry at my decision You would think it’s them who will go through the delivery process on my behalf. Kenyan Sprinter Mark Otieno Odhiambo has released a statement following his disqualification from the 100m men’s competition after testing positive for a prohibited substance.   In his statement, Mark dismissed the claims and said that he has always dreamt of representing Kenya internationally. Therefore, he would never jeopardize such an opportunity by consuming illegal substances before the competition.   He also revealed that they have asked for additional tests to prove his innocence.   'By now the whole world is aware that my name was removed from the start list of the 100m men’s competition due to a positive test for banned substances.
