Kenyan Singer Esther Akothee is not one to let bloggers taint her name with fake news. On Saturday, the singer took to her Instagram to address a rumor concerning her health.  In a series of posts, Akothee called-out a blog named Hivi Punde TV for writing a news story that insinuated that she is HIV positive. ‘Kenyans up in arms after Akothee fired houseboy who accidentally dropped her ARV tablets during a family meeting’   The News Headlines read. In one of the posts, the singer shared the blogger's photo and blasted her for fabricating the story. Akothee also shared a photo of her HIV results online to prove to her fans that the claim is false. ‘2020 December results. For your perusal. Do you need 2021?’  She wrote. ‘Yes I am proving a point because I have evidence. Yes, I had to do this because you are happy with rumors that feeds your ego.’  She added. Months after setting YouTube on fire with her East African Latin hit Kalypso featuring Khalighraph Jones: Miss Donna is working on something new. The gorgeous fast-rising singer has been giving fans snippets of her daily activities from the project that she is working on in Mombasa.  Today, she shared a photo of herself at a music video shoot for an upcoming song. Nigerian actress Regina Daniels and her wealthy husband Ned Nwoko; have joined the list of celebrities who have received the covid-19 vaccine. The couple got vaccinated sometime during the week, and they both shared the news via social media. Regina shared a video of herself getting the jab and a photo of her holding her vaccination card.  ‘I took my COVID AstraZeneca injection 3 days ago in udumuje ugboko and there are no side effects’  She wrote. Her husband also did the same. He shared photos of himself getting the vaccine and holding his vaccination card. In the post, Ned revealed that he had his shot four days ago, and he has not experienced any side effects. He also said that his family and friends got vaccinated, and so should everyone. ‘I took my Covid AstraZeneca injection 4 days ago. No side effects whatsoever. At the moment, music power couple David Mathenge, also known as Nameless, and his wife Wahu Kagwi are very proud parents. On Friday, their eldest daughter Tumiso Mathenge was one of the panelists on Citizen TV’s breakfast show called Day Break. It was her very first interview, and her parents were so proud of her. Nameless and Wahu could not hide their excitement as they both took to their social media to congratulate her. Wahu shared a photo of Tumiso and Nameless on her Instagram.
