Kenyan Socialite Corazon Kwamboka Recently Showed Off Her Gorgeous Body A Month After Giving Birth To Her Second Child With Youtuber Frankie Just Gym It.

Corazon gave fans a glimpse of her stunning one-month postpartum body through a video she shared on her Instagram.

She also revealed that her doctor had permitted her to resume her gym sessions with light exercises.

“I’m almost 6 weeks postpartum and couldn’t wait any longer to resume gym. It’s been about 7 months since I worked out. I got my doctors approval to do “light workouts” wrote Corazon.

Fans React and Ask Corazon for Weight Loss Advice

Several female fans reacted to her video and questioned how she regained her curvaceous shape in such a short time.

In one of the comments, a mother who had undergone C-Section surgery asked Corazon for advice on how to get rid of the excess weight around her tummy.

“Hey mama, how do you manage to get your tummy back that fast? Like it gets to settle back quick” Asked a fan.

Corazon responded to her and all the other fans through a series of posts on her Insta-stories.

Corazon said that women regain their pre-pregnancy bodies according to their genetic makeup. She added that where the body stores fats are essential in the weight loss process after birth.

She also advised her fans not to get flustered over biological situations that they have no control over.

“Snapping back is purely a genetic thing. If you store fat on your belly, snapping back won’t be immediate. So there is no need to panic about something you have no control of” wrote Corazon.

Corazon also revealed that her tummy is flat because most fats go to her hips and thighs.

“I genetically store fat on my thighs that’s my challenge area”

Corazon further advised new mothers to concentrate on healing from the trauma of childbirth.

She said that they should not only concentrate on weight but; also focus on their mental health.

“The goal is to snap back to life honey. Not snapback body. It’s about getting your life back on track after a borderline traumatic experience. Going back to things you love and focusing on you” she added.

Corazon Advices On Healthy Eating

In another post, Corazon advised breastfeeding mothers to consume healthy foods. She said they should disregard the belief that overeating helps with milk production.

Corazon added that one could have a healthy diet of cereals, vegetables and other fluids.

“Forget about these myths about overeating while breastfeeding and eating for 2 while pregnant. You can eat healthy and have enough milk. Mboga and cereals plus lots of fluids. I did my research. Do yours on what’s best for you” Said, Corazon.
